11 May 2024 Three crews from UMA in Subika, Ghana benefited from a bespoke supervisor training refresher course to help keep their skills sharp and team motivated. UMA are committed to the development of their workforce and this annual program encourages the extension and improvement of supervision skills amongst current and emerging leaders in their business. This includes leading hands, shift bosses and a variety of other site supervisors and managers. We are proud to continue our relationship with UMA and excited to support their supervision journey.
