25 May 2024 MRWED CEO, Marc Ratcliffe continued his work in Ghana this week by delivering the TAESS00017 Workplace Supervisor Skill Set at the Obuasi Gold Mine. This skill set provides managers and supervisors with the skills and knowledge to support learners, which could include apprentices and trainees, while learning in the workplace, which was a good fit for their mining context. Marc described the group as “an excellent team committed to creating great experiences and outcomes for their learners”. The students took the opportunity to celebrate their successful competition of the program with selfies!
