20 March 2020 Our trainers may be holed up at home due to travel restrictions, but their passion for training is still being unlocked by our students. In response to the COVID-19 shutdown, MRWED has transformed its popular face-to-face experience into dynamic, facilitator-led online Zoom sessions. These are available weekly to support students who prefer to learn collaboratively, via live, structured learning events. Zoom is an industry-leading, remote conferencing service that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat, and mobile collaboration. MRWED accesses its reliable webinar platform that is easy to use and packed full of interactive features. We know that flexibility is important to our students and we have selected Zoom because the video and audio quality works well in low-bandwidth situations and on all types of devices. We are thrilled to offer this option for students to undertake the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development. These facilitator-led Zoom sessions will provide a great option for students to experience how to take live training online, as many organisations gravitate towards technology solutions to deliver training. Best of all, it gives our learners the opportunity to stay on track with their studies, interact with their peers and discuss key concepts with our award-winning training and assessment team.
