9 February 2024 Yesterday, MRWED CEO Marc Ratcliffe was on-site at AngloGold Ashanti’s Geita Gold Mine in Tanzania and lost power for the day. “I had to go old school facilitation” Marc said, “which was a great teaching moment for the learners as they got to see how facilitation could be adjusted should something like this happen to them”. It looks like the group stayed on track and benefited from the bonus lesson!
