Phillip brings a strong background in Learning and Development and Project Management to the team. This includes experience in both the corporate sector and within RTO environments. Originally building his career in management roles, Phillip has since moved into the training world, specializing in organizational leadership, professional development and coaching skills. His ability to relate his workplace experience to training has made him an engaging and interesting facilitator. For the past 14 years he has designed and delivered training for a wide variety of participants, primarily in the business and finance spheres and his has allowed him to focus on his passion for developing people to reach their potential.
His current role is as MRWED’s Head of Learning where he manages a team of TAE trainers and coordinates the development of resources, validation of assessment and scheduling of courses
