Nisha Divecha

Nisha brings to the organisation more than 20 years of experience in training and assessing within vocational sector in Australia and abroad. Nisha started her career as a Trainer and Assessor (class room and workplace), and then progressed in her career to take on various higher roles such as Head of Studies, Training Coordinator, Training Manager, Resource Development Officer, at various RTOs in Sydney. As a part of these various roles, Nisha has delivered qualifications and developed compliant training material for various courses in Hospitality, Business, Management and Customer Engagement. 

Nisha has obtained Masters of Education in Adult Education from University of Technology Sydney in addition to various vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment, Business, Hospitality and Management. Nisha strongly believes in the Chinese proverb – ‘Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime’. It is this belief and passion to equip people with a skill and achieve relevant knowledge, that Nisha has dedicated so many years to training and assessing people in vocational education and still continues to do so. Training Trainers comes naturally to Nisha after so many years of training and assessing and her commitment to sharing her valuable experience with others.
