Megan is a diploma qualified trainer/assessor and is currently undertaking her Master of Training and Development through Griffith University. She also has qualifications in Tourism, Business, and Leadership and Management. She began her training career teaching Tourism in a domestic college in 2008 and has a since taught face-to- face in a range of Australian and international colleges. She also has a strong background in supporting students in an online environment.
Megan has a strong belief in lifelong learning and is deeply committed to quality in education, at all levels. She began training TAE to share her wealth of training experience with new trainers, and to continue her own learning journey.
Megan loves helping her students succeed and reach their full potential. In 2016, Megan was the recipient of the VET Development Centre Academic Grant. The purpose of this grant was to support teachers to develop their academic qualifications through undertaking post graduate studies in education.
