Support Team

Cheryl Paine

Cheryl joined MRWED in 2004 and coordinates student support services such as post course, certification, and a variety of critical administrative processes. Cheryl has completed a Certificate II in Retail Operations, Certificate III in Business Administration and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment all of which contribute to her high level of understanding for client services as well as assisting in the training of the MRWED administration staff. Cheryl's polite and professional character is a highly valued attribute as part of the MRWED team.

Jenny Colvin

As the MRWED Operations and Logistics Coordinator, Jenny started at MRWED in 2008. Over the past 25 years she has had experience in a wide variety of industries from Finance to Childcare developing skills that are of great value to her role in supporting others. Jenny has also completed her Certificate III Business Frontline Management. Jenny's tireless efforts assist trainers and staff to ensure the MRWED experience for students is an enjoyable one. Jenny won the "MRWED reMARCable Award" for 2010, an award which acknowledges excellence as voted by the entire MRWED team.

Carol Hutchins

Carol brings 15 years of financial experience to MRWED. Predominantly in the Service Industry she has extensive knowledge both nationally and internationally having worked at various locations throughout Europe and the USA. Carol has worked with the CEO of a newly established Children’s Charity, helping to establish the Charity and securing reoccurring Government Funding. Carol joined the MRWED Team in August 2009 as Financial Controller. Her role encompasses all financial aspects with Carol providing financial and management expertise to MRWED's Leadership Council.

Brooke Siddell

Brooke comes to MRWED from a customer service background and is passionate about creating a great experience for students and prospective students alike. She has been praised for a high level of customer engagement and a dedication to meeting the unique need of each client. She aspires to be a teacher one day and loves being in an educational environment.

Micaela McNamara

Micaela has joined the MRWED Team as the Client Engagement Representative, she has a passion for education and believes in lifelong learning. Micaela is currently working through her Diploma of Community Services and Diploma of counselling.

Shanice Veitch

Since 2010 Shanice has gained skills and experience in finance, education, administration and customer support and is excited to enhance these skills in the MRWED Team. Her passion is customer service within an education and management environment, with focus on creating solid relationships and meaningful rapport. Shanice takes great pride in going the extra mile to make the MRWED experience memorable for all current and future students.

Renata Herin

For 15 years, Renata has worked in various roles with the Team at MRWED with her most current role being Personal Assistant to the CEO, and Assistant to our Financial Controller. Renata is studying a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is hoping to complete her studies so she can continue to give much greater support to our clients and the Team at MRWED. In her own time, Renata enjoys spending quality time with her family in Brisbane.
