Today, we understand the importance of two-way communications between the teacher and the learners, but also recognise the value of the interactions that learners have with each other.

MRWED CEO appointed to ITECA Queensland Committee

It was recently announced that MRWED CEO, Marc Ratcliffe has been appointed as a general committee member on the Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia (ITECA) Queensland state committee. ITECA is a membership-based peak body bringing together independent providers in the higher education, vocational education and training sectors.

Jason to close Creative Training Conference

This month it was was announced that MRWED’s Jason Ash was selected to present the closing keynote for the 27th Annual Creative Training Techniques Conference in Minneapolis in September. Revamped Double Diploma now available

We are thrilled to have our revamped Double Diploma program available fully online (which combines TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training with TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development). This has been a real labour of love as we have looked to update our offerings to create our best diploma program yet!


Mission is Possible

The entire MRWED came together from all over the country in January to participate in our annual “Mission is Possible” week. This is where we get stuck into important development work and look for new ways to extend and enhance the learner experience.

New Skill Set is Launched

We launched our eRPL program for the new TAESS0009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set, which is now a key requirement for trainers and assessors involved with the FSK Training Package. MRWED staff “donate a day” to Relief and Recovery

Like many of our students and corporate clients, our team was taken aback by the devastation created during an unprecedented Australian bushfire season. Our staff were keen to do something in support of those impacted and responded by participating in an internal “Donate a Day” initiative. Those who were able to, donated a day’s wages to the Australian Red Cross Relief and Recovery effort, with a total of $8234.18 being raised by the team.
