Participation in the Virtual VET Expo

MRWED were excited to participate in Velg Training’s inaugural Virtual VET Expo, which was a great opportunity to connect with prospective learners and organisations looking to kick start their training pursuits. Whilst it is not the same as meeting people at our booth during the National VET Conference, we enjoyed the opportunity to connect with VET practitioners online during the week.

New promotion for Diplomas

MRWED has a new promotion for our Diplomas – ‘20% off in 2020’. This will support people looking to advance their TAE credentials at a time when they may be looking to focus on additional studies. To view the promotion, visit: https://www.mrwed.edu.au/20-tae-diplomas

Centres re-open nationally

With COVID restrictions lifting across the country, we are pleased to advise that each of our national training and assessment centres will be open for classes by December. Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide have already welcomed new face-to-face students, with Melbourne scheduled to reopen for training next month. This being said, MRWED are committed to continuing our live, facilitator-led Zoom sessions into 2021, to enable greater choice and flexibility for our learners.

Participate in MRWED PD Survey for a chance to win $550 in Free PD

MRWED are looking to build a picture of the professional development VET practitioners are looking to complete during the COVID-19 period. As such, we have launched a PD survey and we will use the results of this survey to shape our next VET Practice in Action Webinar program.

This was a repeat of the popular TAE PD Week that was delivered in June in involved 10 sessions linked to units of competency from the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. More than 1000 attendees participated in the event.
