Tony is an engaging speaker bringing fun and energy to the training room, drawing experience from a range of sectors including Retail and the Community Services where he performed both Management and Learning and Development roles. Having over six years’ experience in both organisational learning and training and assessment, Tony puts an emphasis on how excellent training practices can increase organisational performance.
Throughout his time in the learning and development sector, Tony has conducted numerous training needs analyses and developed over forty organisational specific and accredited qualifications from scratch. Tony’s experience has allowed him to hone the finer aspects of his facilitation skills as well as the skills and knowledge required to develop high quality assessment tools.
Tony has a passion for lifelong learning and is currently undertaking a Masters of Business and Commerce with a specialisation in Human Resources.
